See and manage your integrations

Each integration is enabled per location by 10Seat (Lightspeed POS, Reserve with Google, Yeat)BackofficeFor managers

Needs: Any staff user can open the page; connecting a POS needs the Admin role

The Integrations page shows which outside platforms your location is connected to — your Lightspeed POS, Reserve with Google and the Yeat marketplace — and takes you to the settings of the ones that are live.

Where to find it

Backoffice › Settings › Integrations (in the Integrations section of the Settings page, card Integrations).

What it does

The page lists three cards for the location you have selected at the top of the backoffice:

  • POS integration — Lightspeed K-Series or L-Series. When it is enabled for your location the card shows an Enabled badge and clicking it opens the POS integration page. When it is not enabled the card is greyed out with the note "Not enabled for this location — contact 10Seat to get connected."
  • Reserve with Google — lets guests book from Google Search and Maps. Until 10Seat switches it on for your location it shows a Coming soon badge. Once on, the card reads "This location is included in the Google Reserve feeds. Bookings made on Google appear automatically in your reservation list." There is nothing to configure on this card.
  • Yeat — publishes last-minute tables on the Yeat marketplace. Shows Coming soon until 10Seat enables it. Once enabled, clicking the card opens the Yeat openings page.

If 10Seat has switched on MCP Access (beta) for your location, an extra MCP Access card appears in the same Integrations section of the Settings page.

Integrations are different from add-ons: add-ons are product features you manage under Settings › Add-ons, while integrations link your location to an outside platform and are switched on by 10Seat for each location.

How to set it up

  1. Select the right location in the backoffice location switcher. Everything on this page is per location.
  2. Go to Settings › Integrations.
  3. Click a card with an Enabled badge to configure it.
  4. For any card that is greyed out or shows Coming soon, contact 10Seat support and ask for that integration to be enabled for this location.

Good to know

  • Each location has its own integrations. Enabling Lightspeed on one location does not enable it on your other locations.
  • You can connect only one Lightspeed system (K-Series or L-Series) per location at a time.
  • A phone/VOIP integration is not available in the backoffice.
  • Connecting another tool to your data through the 10Seat API is handled separately — see "Connect another tool through the 10Seat Partner API".

Troubleshooting

The POS integration card is greyed out Lightspeed POS is not enabled for this location. Contact 10Seat support to have it enabled, then return to this page.

Reserve with Google says "Coming soon" but we want to be on Google 10Seat enables Reserve with Google location by location. Contact 10Seat support; see "Get listed on Reserve with Google" for what your location needs first.

The Yeat card is enabled but clicking it shows a message that setup is still in progress 10Seat is still finishing your venue setup on the Yeat marketplace. Publishing openings becomes available once that is done — no action is needed on your side.

I see different cards than my colleague Check that you both have the same location selected. The cards reflect the selected location only.
