Set up your online gift voucher shop
Every location with gift vouchers gets its own branded online shop where guests buy vouchers and pay online. You set up the shop's texts, images and amounts in the Backoffice.
Where to find it
Backoffice › Settings › Gift Vouchers › Shop page tab. (Older links to "Gift voucher shop" open this same tab.)
The page header has Visit shop (opens your live shop) and Save changes.
What it does
At the top of the page:
- Online shop is live / Online shop is off card, with a switch and your shop link (gift.10seat.com/shop/…) plus a Copy button. Share this link on your website, social media or in newsletters.
- Payments card: shows Mollie connected, MultiSafepay connected or Not connected, with Manage payments (goes to Settings › Payments). Voucher checkout runs on your own payment provider, so the money goes to your account.
On the Shop page tab:
- Storefront — Intro title, Intro description, Header image (shop header, 1600×600) and Logo (transparent PNG). Empty fields fall back to the shop's standard texts.
- Amounts — Preset amounts (buttons buyers can tap; default 50, 75, 100 and 150), Add an amount, Allow custom amounts and Minimum custom amount (default 10).
How to set it up
- Complete the selling requirements and switch on gift vouchers (see related articles).
- Connect Mollie or MultiSafepay in Backoffice › Settings › Payments.
- Open Settings › Gift Vouchers › Shop page.
- Fill in the Storefront texts and upload a header image and logo.
- Add or remove preset amounts and set the minimum custom amount.
- Turn on Online shop is live, and check that Enable Gift Voucher Widget is on in the Rules tab.
- Click Save changes, then Visit shop to check the result.
Good to know
- Guests can open the shop and pay only while Enable Gift Voucher Widget (Rules tab) is on. That switch also controls the "Buy gift vouchers" button in the booking widget. If it is off, the shop shows Shop unavailable, whatever the status card says.
- Allow custom amounts controls the whole amounts section of the shop: when it is off, guests see only your products and packages, not the preset amount buttons.
- Custom amounts are limited to between your minimum and 1,000 (in your voucher currency). The upper limit cannot be changed in the Backoffice.
- At least one preset amount is always kept.
- The shop's standard texts say vouchers are valid for twelve months. If you use a different default expiry, write your own Intro description so guests are not misled.
- A logo set in the Voucher email tab is used in the shop too and takes priority over the shop logo.
- Changes are only live after Save changes. A bar with You have unsaved changes and Reset appears while you have unsaved edits.
- Staff can still create vouchers by hand when the online shop is off.
