Needs: Any staff user

Where to find it

  • On a phone, the search icon in the top bar.

What it does

  • Results are grouped: upcoming reservations first, then past reservations, guests, tables, sections and gift vouchers.
  • Reservation results show date, time and party size; tables show seats and status; vouchers show the code.
  • Filter chips let you switch result types on or off.
  • Tapping a result opens:
    • a reservation → its reservation details page,
    • a guest → the guest profile,
    • a table → the table details page,
    • a section → the Service View,
    • a voucher → the Gift Vouchers page.

How to find a booking

  1. Tap the magnifier.
  2. Type part of the guest's name, phone number, email or a table name.
  3. Tap the result.
