Set up the multi-location booking widget

The Multi-Location Widget is one booking widget for your whole group. Guests first choose a location ("Choose a location"), then book at that venue as usual. Put it on a group website that lists all your restaurants.

Where to find it

Location switcher › HQ Dashboard › Multi-Location Widget in the HQ sidebar. The page title is Multi-Location Widget ("Configure the booking widget that shows all your locations").

What it does

Appearance

  • Company Name: shown in the widget header while guests browse locations.
  • Accent Color: pick a preset or a Custom color.
  • Location picker logo (optional): an HTTPS link to a logo shown above "Choose a location".
  • Style: Bubble (a floating button) or Embedded (inside your page), and Light or Dark.
  • Show location images on picker: show each location's cover image on the location cards. Turn it off for text-only cards. This applies to every location.

Locations

  • Lists your locations with a count ("3 of 4"). Include All selects all of them.
  • Deselecting a location removes it from the curated embed code only.

Embed Code

  • All Locations (Company-wide): "Shows every non-archived location in your company." Use Copy company-wide embed code.
  • Curated Subset: only the locations you left selected. Use Copy curated embed code.
  • Open Multi-Location Preview shows the widget before you publish it.

How to set it up

  1. Open HQ › Multi-Location Widget.
  2. Fill in Company Name, choose the colours, style and optional logo.
  3. Under Locations, deselect any venue you don't want in a curated version.
  4. Click Save. You see "Multi-location widget settings saved".
  5. Copy the company-wide or curated embed code and paste it into your group website.
  6. Check it with Open Multi-Location Preview.

Good to know

  • Location images come from each location's Cover Image in Settings › Location Settings (JPEG, PNG or WebP, max 2 MB, ideally 16:9).
  • The company-wide snippet always shows all your non-archived locations, including new ones you add later.
  • Bookings made through this widget arrive in the chosen location's reservation list like any other widget booking.
  • Each location still needs its own shifts, booking rules and tables, or it won't offer times.

Troubleshooting

"Failed to save settings. Please try again." Retry after checking your connection. Only company-wide Owners and Admins can save this page.

A location is missing from the widget on my website If you used the curated code, the location was deselected when you copied it. Select it, save, and copy the curated code again. If you used the company-wide code, check that the location isn't archived.

A location appears but offers no times That location has no open shifts or online availability. Check its Location hours and shifts, Booking Rules and Service Calendar.

Location cards show no pictures Turn on Show location images on picker, and upload a Cover Image for each location in Location Settings.

My logo doesn't show The logo must be a full HTTPS link to an image. Check that the address opens in your browser.
