Find your way around the backoffice
This article lists every item in the backoffice sidebar and every tile on the Settings page, with what each one is for. Use it when you're looking for a screen or when a menu item seems to be missing.
Where to find it
The sidebar is on the left of every backoffice page. Hover over it to expand it and see the labels. On a phone, open it with the menu button. Items with an arrow open a submenu.
What it does

HQ. Company-wide admins with several locations can pick HQ Dashboard in the location switcher. The sidebar then shows HQ Dashboard, User Management, Group Booking and Multi-Location Widget.
Good to know
- Menus always show the location selected at the top. Add-ons are switched on per location, so one location can show Waitlist while another doesn't.
- Add-on items appear a moment after the page loads, once the location's add-ons have been checked.
Troubleshooting
A menu item I used before is gone Its add-on is off for the selected location, or you switched to another location. Check the location switcher, then Settings › Add-ons.
I don't see Users, Roles & Permissions or Subscription Management in Settings Your role doesn't include that permission. Users and Roles & Permissions need user-management rights (Owner and Admin by default). Managers also see Users to manage booking staff names. Subscription Management is for the Owner only by default. Ask your account owner.
I don't see Manage Locations It only appears when your company has more than one location, or when your subscription allows more locations and you have the location-management permission. Contact 10Seat support to add a location.
I don't see HQ in the location switcher HQ is only for admins whose access covers the whole company. Admins limited to some locations, managers and other roles don't see it.
