Change the booking widget's colors and logo
You can match the booking widget to your brand: background color, button color, a quick preset and your own logo in the widget header.
Where to find it
- Colors: Backoffice › Settings › Widget Management › Appearance
- Logo: Backoffice › Settings › Widget Management › Content & Branding › Widget Logo
What it does
- Theme Mode – Default Theme or Custom Theme. Choose Custom Theme to see your colors in the live preview while you edit.
- Quick Presets – one click sets matching colors: Coral, Classic, Midnight or Emerald.
- Widget Background – applies to the header, body and footer of the widget.
- Button Color – the main buttons and highlights. The hover color is calculated for you, and text on buttons switches between dark and light for readability.
- Logo size – Small (the current size), Medium or Large.
- Widget Logo – shown in the widget header. Upload an image, or paste an image address under Or enter logo URL directly.
How to set it up
- Select the location in the header and go to Settings › Widget Management.
- Open Appearance and pick Custom Theme.
- Click a preset, or set Widget Background and Button Color yourself.
- Open Content & Branding, click Upload Logo and pick an image. You see "Widget logo uploaded. Click Save to apply."
- Choose a Logo size.
- Click Save theme in the bar at the bottom of the page. The preview reloads with your changes.
Good to know
- Your website does not need new code after a color or logo change. The widget loads the saved settings each time.
- The saved colors are also used by the hosted booking page, the microsite widget and private event invite links.
- There is no dark-mode switch on this page. Pick a dark Widget Background (for example the Midnight preset) if you want a dark widget.
- Reset in the bottom bar throws away unsaved changes by reloading the page.
Troubleshooting
I chose Default Theme but my website still shows my old colors The widget keeps using the colors in the color pickers, even with Default Theme selected. To go back to the standard 10Seat look, click the Coral preset and click Save theme.
I saw "Widget settings saved" but later "Failed to save theme. Please try again." The success message appears straight away, and the actual save happens in the background. If the second message appears, the change was not stored. Click Save theme again with a stable internet connection.
My logo upload failed Use a normal image file (PNG, JPG or similar) and try again. If it keeps failing, paste the image address in Or enter logo URL directly.
The logo looks tiny or cut off Try Medium or Large under Logo size. Wide logos with little empty space around them work best.
My button text is hard to read Very mid-tone colors make contrast hard. Choose a darker or lighter Button Color.
